In Store Orders:
All of our products are made fresh to order, and as a result, all sales are final. Please keep products refrigerated and consume by the expiration date, if applicable. If you wish to cancel your order, please call the location that you ordered from (during store hours) or email firstname.lastname@example.org (if we are closed). If your order has not yet been prepared, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please email us at email@example.com so we can make it right!
Our products are raw and prepared fresh to order. Please keep products refrigerated and consume by the expiration date. When placing an order, please note that your items will be fresh for your selected pick up or delivery date only. If you decide to pick up your order at a later date, we cannot substitute expired products for new products. Orders may be canceled or changed with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund. Any orders canceled or changed with fewer than 24 hours notice will be charged. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to cancel or change your order.
Your items will be delivered on your selected date between 8a-10a according to the delivery notes specified for your order. Your items will be kept cold in transit and we will text the phone number provided on arrival. Items will be left at your door, or otherwise as directed in the delivery notes. Please refrigerate items immediately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen juice, or product that has been left out for a long period of time. If your order is a multi-day cleanse or meal plan, we will be in touch to set up a multiple deliveries schedule to ensure that we get you the freshest product
